How do credit packs work?
When you purchase a credit pack, you receive a set number of event credits. Each credit creates one full-featured event (unlimited photos, 12-month storage, all features included). Credits never expire, so you can use them at your own pace across any number of weddings.
Can I invite my couples to manage their own gallery?
Absolutely. When you create an event, you can send an invitation to the couple. They claim the event with their own account and get full access to manage their gallery, approve photos, and export everything. You stay listed as the planner and can monitor from your dashboard.
What is the difference between a planner account and a regular account?
A planner account gives you access to bulk credit pricing, a multi-event dashboard, branded QR codes, and the ability to create and manage events on behalf of your clients. Regular accounts are designed for individual couples managing a single event.
Can I add my logo to the QR codes?
Yes. Planner accounts can upload their business logo and customize the accent color of QR codes. This means every printed card and digital share carries your branding alongside Toast.
Do credits expire?
No. Event credits never expire. Buy them when you are ready and use them across any future weddings or events. Each credit creates one event with all features unlocked for 12 months from activation.
Can I try Toast before buying a credit pack?
Yes. You can create a free event with up to 5 guests to see how everything works. When you are ready to scale, upgrade to a credit pack and unlock bulk pricing.
